It's not too often that I can share work that is written about in the press. So here's my chance. Although a small part, I can still be excited about the experience.
The 22 Park South Residences have been receiving a ton of press about the connection they have to the Bergdorf Goodman Decorative Home buying and styling teams. For the decoration and staging of the model apartment, the Elad Group partnered with the Bergdorf Goodman, Decorative Home buying team to select items from their inventory.
I work very closely with this team taking their curated collection of products from an initial vision and translating it into a specific narrative for each season's story or trend. I can say without hesitation it's my favorite part of the job. Fantasizing about dream clients and lives doesn't get any better then when the perspective clientele is that of Bergdorf Goodman's elite.
For 22 Central Park South, the client is just as fantastic. With a market value from $6.9 million up to $26.5 million the apartments are for the most elite clients. Given the chance to style the living room with the products selected was very fun. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to see the apartment in the flesh and envision whomever it may be that ends up buying it for their home. I can imagine that they will certainly enjoy the view, inside and out.
Thanks for reading.
